We had such horrible service and the food was not exciting at all. Went on a Tuesday evening for my daughter’s birthday and had a party of 10. There was only one other couple there. It was slow, but our server Mauricio and some other young Latina girl were very lazy servers. The buffalo chicken pizza was good. The chicken florentine pasta was lacking flavor. The wings were actually the best thing we ate there. Our servers were talking to the cook/manager the entire time, and ignored us after taking us our food. Didn’t refill our drinks until we asked, which was when we were getting ready to leave. We still gave them a 20% tip, but left a note saying how disappointed we were with their service. They read the receipt and laughed it off. Never going again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Russo's is pretty good! The pizza was a good. The crust was thin, and cooked well with no "flop". It looks like the pie starts on a screen but gets removed partially through the cook. The sauce had a nice tang as well. We ordered a red velvet cake and it was just OK. Tasted like it was frozen, and wasn't particularly moist. All in all, it was a good experience and we will come back.

Not bad if you're looking for very basic pizza. Unfortunately, we had higher expectations. But I will give kudos for the basic quality of the ingredients. The pizzas are a fair price at about $16 (starting) for a 16 inch pizza plus add-ons for additional toppings. Seeing other reviews, I wanted to try a new pizza restaurant in the Woodlands and thought I would give Russo's a try. Since we were doing takeout we did not get the opportunity to eat in the restaurant but however it did look cozy but not very busy for a Friday night. We bought three pizzas to try to get a variety sampling which included: *A 16-in pepperoni pizza. *A 16-in Hawaiian with white/Alfredo sauce. *A 15-in plain cheese pizza. Each of the pizzas were a thin crust, light sauce and with real cheese. *However there was not a generous proportion of pepperoni, ham or pineapple. A little bit sparse and a little bit disappointing. The crust was good and probably the best part about the pizza, but noticed that each of the pizzas left a puddle of grease in the boxes. The staff was friendly and maintained a nice dining area. They were courteous and efficient. They were able to provide the pizzas in about 25 minutes from time of order. I give Russo's 4 stars only because it's not top shelf pizza. It's good pizza but it's not great pizza, unfortunately. With so many Pizza competitors within such close proximity, I believe Russo's needs to step up their game. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Used to love it but things aren't the same. The pizza is super doughy, garlic knots tasteless, mozarella sticks cold. We threw away more than half of the order. It's too bad because the staff is usually very friendly and the pizza used to be amazing. Same experience now twice, so we probably won't be back again. Also, the sign in the front says bar seating is only for dine in patrons, so does that mean I can't sit there an order a beer while waiting for my order to be ready? - which would have been nice since the order was 10min late. Excellent service. I always love getting the amazing tomato soup. Gnocchi were delicious, kids love the giant slice of pizza. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo and they were good but not amazing (wish they had fresh Parmesan cheese). Chicken Parmesan had too much sauce / liquid.
Pizza slices are excellent. I'm now a heart patient & limited as to what I can eat. Wishing for whole grain pasta options or cauliflower crust options or non dairy cheese options. Diabetes, heart & lactose intolerant patients would love it too. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My favorite pizza joint in the Woodlands. Great food, great service, great menu, great ingredients, and very well priced. The restaurant is clean and well put together. Definitely recommend!
Classic choose your own pasta bowl. I got the Gorgonzola Cream Sauce (Gorgonzola Cheese, light cream sauce and Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil) snnd Portabella Mushrooms. Caesar Salad. Good stuff at Russo's New York Pizzeria - The Woodlands. Perfect al dente pasta and one heavenly delicious sauce.

Yummy! Great food and service. We got the buffalo chicken ranch New York style pizza. Way better than dominoes, doesn't even compare. And the house salad was amazing. And look at that gorgeous dessert. We loved it. Thank you Russos so much!
Great Pizza-lazy prep work. First time trying the pizza and it was actually really good. The Big slice lives up to its name and then some. The only complaint I had was nobody took the time to deseed the hot peppers. It won't stop me from coming back and trying additional menu items and some of their specialty pizzas. The pizza is excellent! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
