Showed up at 10:15am for my 11:00am appointment. Got into the door immediately and was unloaded within 30 minutes. Receiving is around back. Two docks. Nice people to deal with.

Used to love Whitman and Russell Stovers but I think that’s about done now! Been waiting since January 5th for a “Gift certificate” in the mail so I can get something that’s actually worth eating not a faulty package! Literally purchased the Whitmans assorted sampler big box and all the chocolates were off the bottoms of all the crèmes were hollow or pushed in. I had one tray that had peanuts and then one that had 2 chocolate covered peanuts in it! All I want is what I paid for. I’ve let it go and it’s been 3 months now and you always say the same thing…”we have to wait for our gift certificates to come in the mail which takes 4-6 weeks” it’s been 3 months come on if you don’t want to mail me the gift certificate then stop saying that stop sending the same message, I can clearly tell by the emails it’s not a big deal to you guys but I can’t work I’m disabled and have cancer so what money I spend is tight and I was having a bad day and decided I’d buy myself some chocolate, just to be more upset that I spent $$ on faulty chocolate! Now I’m done being a karen that’s just crazy it takes a company this long and I’m sorry I don’t believe it. You went from a 5 star to a 1 star real quick.

Free chocolate just for walking in! Not only are there a huge selection on chocolates, but jelly beans, and other sweets. You can even find some stuffed toys. The staff here are exceptionally kind and helpful and were able to help me with my rewards number. Head on to the back to find the chocolate not good enough for the fancy boxes for a fraction of the price at the same great taste. Be careful, you will end up enjoying this hidden Iola gem too much! Luckily, you can get tons to share for a great price.

+10⭐ I've deliver to a RSCI before at Abilene KS. And samething. This people are awesome. 20 minutes to get unloaded. Appt for 1100hrs Checked in 7:30 dock immediately finish unloading 7:50. SHELIA HASTY you're awesome. And thanks for the bag of candy. Receiving hrs 7:00am to 3:30pm they have space to park on the side of the driveway if you get here at night

Shipping and receiving open at 0730 my appointment was at 1100 they took me right away at 0730 was out before my appointment time so that was a plus. The Walmart up the street allows truck parking but not a bit lot

Russell Stover Candies Factory only they sadly no longer have a store at this location. Large clean chocolate Factory continuing to supply local Iola and surrounding area residents with part and full time employment.

I'm a driver for Schneider & let me say that these are the nicest people you'd ever meet! They happen to have the best chocolates too! I didn't get to tour the plant or the chocolate shop, but, if I ever get time I will.... actually I pick up full shipments of their great products & deliver them to a distribution center. They gave me free samples of their products & they're as fantastic as always! Thank you Russell Stover, inc.!

The store manager is the absolute definition of customer service. This was my first time visiting the store. Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable about your products. I will return for sure, if the customer service continues to set the standard with grade A employees like this.
