Had a birthday party here as a celebration. Ordered some cottage chesse with the wings then once it was brought out. Which I didn't touch. I asked if I could switch it for fries. The bartender, was a rude heavier set light brown man and said that he would have never have returned something, if it were him. I stated that it was never touched and it was inappropriate for him to state that, that I was sorry and wanted something else. I asked him why I had to pay for both. He took my food. And gave my friend an extra plate if fries to be spiteful. .... yeah I didn't deserve that. I'm good on this place. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
