My husband and I were excited to have our lunch here. We ordered and were given our drinks, but the food had not yet been served. Upon opening the cutlery, I noticed that the knife was filthy, so I called the attention of the server. She immediately apologized and replaced it with a new set taken from another table. However, upon inspection, I found that the fork was also filthy this time, with food dried onto it. I called the server’s attention again, and she apologized once more. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction, the manager only came after a couple of minutes with a new set of utensils. I explained the situation to her, expressing how it had ruined my appetite. While she apologized, she then suggested we were more than welcome to leave. My husband asked if we could pay for our drinks, and she said they were on the house. Disappointed, I wasn’t able to take a picture of the knife, but I managed to capture the filthy fork. I’m extremely disappointed and will never return or recommend this restaurant to anyone. My recent visit to Ruby Tuesday in Royal Palm Beach, Florida was simply outstanding. The hickory bourbon salmon was cooked to perfection, complemented beautifully by a side of rice and grilled zucchini. The Monday Motivation cocktail was a delightful treat, even with its slightly higher sugar content. Ronnie, the bartender, was a true gem, adding to the overall fantastic experience. As a visitor from Toronto, it was a memorable taste of Florida hospitality, and I can't wait to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in for the Cupid’s special for Valentine’s Day dinner and everything was great! My husband had the NY Strip cooked perfectly. I had the scallops, very tender, broccoli cooked just right. Every Wednesday, we attend Ruby Tuesdays to enjoy the salad bar on-the-go. Since my sisters and I work from home, we enjoy having salads for lunch. I've started phoning ahead to arrange for the to-go boxes to be ready before I arrive. When I arrive, the bartender is already prepared for my payment, and the management ALWAYS complies. The staff is simply the best, and we adore Ruby Tuesday. Having managed other eateries in the past, I long for a team like this one! As always, I'm grateful, Wednesday Salad woman. Don't care much for the food or service. To be fair, I've had 2 of 6 issues with Ruby Tuesdays. Love the salad bar so I'll stick to that when my brother visits me. He really enjoys the place. This Ruby Tuesday is actually located in Royal Palm Beach Florida. The manager their name is Jessica and when I tell you, she has been a class act from start to finish interacting with her. She was courteous, inviting, and very welcoming. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with her. Her managerial skills are off the charts. If the CEO of Ruby Tuesdays is reading this, Jessica and the staff that she manages under her deserves appraisal, recognition, and a raise !!! Awesomeness is being served here!!!
