Stopped by on my way to work it was 11:45 am, the front door was propped open and several customers in the parking lot, all of them clearly expecting to buy lunch. As I approached the door a very rude lady informed me they’re closed! I said ok? When are you actually open because every time I try to stop here you are closed?? She very rudely said “the hours are posted on the door!” Then proceeds to shut and lock it. An elderly lady pulled up and asked me if they were open yet? I said apparently they aren’t but the girl said the hours are posted on the door. So I walked back to the door to check the hours for the older lady. It clearly said they open at 11am…..it was 11:45 😳 The remodel they have done is great and the food is good, I’ve only managed to catch them open once and got some take out from the buffet. The problem is rude staff and unpredictable business hours. Ava needs a new Chinese restaurant that is actually open and has decent customer service. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The eating area and buffet seemed clean and fresh. I would suggest labeling the food that is spicy hot. I got something spicy that can make me throw up. Not a good idea in a restaurant.
