I chose to try Royal Palm after reading positive feedback.
Although I didn't enjoy the breakfast's flavor, the layout was nice. I must add, the place itself is quite clean and well-managed. The service is good. My only criticism is that I think they could do better with the food's taste. I may give them another chance in the hopes that they will get better.

I really enjoyed coming to this establishment as it was very late in the afternoon just about a half hour before they closed but they still had full service from the kitchen and everything was feshly prepared and the taste was on point. I would recommend going there if you want great tasting food and the prices were reasonable. Very impressive and we will visit again.

This is my updated review of 4 months ago, I am not pleased to announce the results. The wait time here ludicrous; I ordered something as simple as fries, there were 4 people ahead of me for the same order. They took over 20 minutes to prepare these fries, I could've sworn they were growing the potatoes during this time. Additionally, the fries were so salty, it was coated like a sugar donut; I almost had a cardiac arrest eating them. This cafe received new workers and although they were not rude to me in particular I see how horribly they treated some of the children purchasing. Each time I go, I'm appalled. I also purchased a jam tart and it was stale it was if it started to decay and it's not only me who have experienced this on multiple occasions. I see the potential they have but for now they are not at their peak and there is a lot of room for improvement, disappointed once again. Will return in the future and update.

I stopped by to grab a light snack after visiting the spa on the lower level. The first thing I noticed was how neat and clean this Cafe was. It was actually being mopped at the time I entered. I can't really speak to the customer service because I didn't really engage much with the staff, except to place my order and to pay. I purchased to go, a chicken patty and a chicken puff. Neither tasted good, it actually tasted so bad. It tasted stale, almost to the point of spoiled. I got one bite into the puff and couldn't continue eating. That's a first for me to not even have a second bite. If something tastes not to my liking, I'll still try to finish it but the pastries were inedible. Maybe freshly prepared food is better there but the pastries on the shelf that I tried, I simply would not recommend.

The food here is not only good occasionally. On multiple occasions I purchased jam tarts, some other kind of tart and the chicken patty and they were all gross. A very long time ago I purchased a chiller and it was like a water down snow cone just with milk. The customer service used to be poor but the new workers a great. Not to long ago I purchased a box of fries and it was almost empty and other people have issues with this as well. Hope to see improvements.

Had breakfast here with my fiancée (at lunch time) and it was a lovely experience. The wait time was a little extra. However, the food was delicious and the ambience was cozy. The staff were very polite and friendly. And I think it's going on my regular breakfast place list. Definitely recommended.

Not all of the dishes on their menu are available but what is tastes delicious. The ambience is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Clean facilities and the wifi adds to the overall appeal.
