Went to Royal Palace Restaurant to attend a Birthday Party. Party hall can accommodate Upto 50 and some other halls are also available here but didn’t get chance to visit that all and the sad thing here is only one toilet is available for females and two to three for Male everything in a single area we could get free space to adjust ourselves and the Air Conditioning in the Party hall is too poor. We will be easily wet while attending the events.
Foods are Good in taste and I like them. But we can’t have more quantity as our regular diet. Coz we will feel full after having a small portion.
For Parking no separate place provided we have to go to the last of the lane and have to park our vehicle in the space provided by the Gym at the corner.
We really had fun with our friends. But some corrections are needed to be done to make the customer or the visitors to feel pleasant.

Dear friends,
We were waiting there for lunch for more than 30minutes as they were asking to wait and then who ever came after us was let in and when we were asking they don't even mind you which is really disrespectful.
Atleast they can reply to the enquiry.
In my personal opinion no one should ever go to the restaurant as their customer service is the worst.
Non of the customer there is for free food. They can atleast reply and if you to go to the worst restaurant I recommend this place.

Very bad experience. I will never try for future. Ordered Chicken Kadai, chicken not cooked well not boiled. It seems they cooked in hurry may be due to more orders. Chicken 65 taste very bad. Only one item Murg Tikka masala reach our expectations. I suggest if not capable or too busy please don't take orders to avoid customer unsatisfied.

If I could have given anything below 1 star I would have definitely gone for that. We have been to this place a few times before, especially 3 times in last 1 month but each time they are reducing their food quantity and quality which will not even suffice 1 person and also increasing the price every time. We had prawns hydrabadi biryani today which was simply undercooked prawn curry mixed with rice served in a small curry bowl and also veg fried rice which was just carrot and beans mixed with rice. Even the service was worst
I would suggest you not to go for this restaurant, go for some other elite restaurant with the same amount of money that you are ready to give here!
Worst food experience staffs are not cooperative and also become rude including manager . I was suppose to give negative rating .. worst onam experience Never want visit to this restaurant….
