Came here wanting a steak after seeing good reviews but the food you get does not equate to the cost. As I walk in all I see is the kitchen giving me an atmospheric vibe of a diner. I sit down am greeted by kind hostesses. We ordered the rib eye, lobster, mashed potatoes and mushrooms for two. I asked for the steak medium, it did have some red to it but was very dry for a 90$ usd steak, don’t get me wrong I’ve had several hundred$ steaks but dry aged/ wagyu would make it worth it this seemed like a choice cut. The severer returned to ask us how the food was and explained the lobster was so over cooked it wouldn’t come out of the shell she said “cool” and we never heard from her again. Over all I would say the sides are way better then the steaks or any main they have to offer. Next time I’m in the mood for a good steak in st. Kitts, boozies is where I will go.
So I must admit, we went into this dinner not expecting much based on the reviews. It was actually a pleasant experience with pretty good food. We were a party of 6 and we were well tended to by our friend/ waitress ( Diana)… she was great and the staff there were also great and all super friendly….. was it the BESt steak I’ve had, no it was it pretty good and the food along side of it good yes. The entire family had no complaints as well… would go back and would recommend to others
Very nice service and food! After reading other reviews, I was concerned the steak might be a letdown, but that was not the case. We got the filet and the strip, and both were delicious! Our server was very kind and made sure we had everything we could want at dinner. We will be back!
Outstanding little steakhouse inside the Marriott resort property. We had the filet and the strip, and both were great. The drinks and appetizers were also as good as any well-regarded steakhouse in the US. We will definitely be back.

3 starts very generous here. Dinner at Fire was somewhat disappointing. Nice atmosphere and not busy. Server seemed a bit unhappy to be there, and disappeared several times despite the low occupancy. I chose to try the mango and rum drink (forgot the actual name) which was like drinking pureed fruit. A bit sweet for my taste. Again, once we had come to a decision, it took a bit to attract the server. Choices today were-DW picked a starter salad with pears, sprouts, romaine and feta which was pronounced as “tasty”. The basket of rolls provided may have been microwaved. My meal of grilled wahoo, plantain puree, and nicely prepared bok choy plus a fruit "pesto" was a nice combo of flavors. But the fish was a good bit overcooked. The added side of mushrooms was a star though - perfectly cooked and sautéed in a butter and wine sauce. Delicious. DW’s preferred choice of steak was priced at over $50! So she chose to create a meal of an add on portion of two jumbo prawns-which the staff was very kind to sell as a standalone. These were fresh and perfectly prepared. Her side of roasted carrots came tepid and after a reheating seemed mushy and overcooked – very mediocre. We expected much more at a signature restaurant at a high-end Marriot. We did not return and don’t recommend.
