Stopped for a quick bite and grabbed a hot dog. This has to be one of the most unappetizing hot dogs I have ever had. Almost every location overcooks the hot dogs. Definitely not worth over $3.
Oh my goodness never go on a Sat Morning I tell you what totally different atmosphere you enter the store Noone speaks Manager seems like she has an attitude if your using cash you have to wait a few minutes before anyone comes and when they do come it seems problematic. If you work with customers you must have customer service
This location has become one of the worse Royal Farms in the area. I have lived here for over 20 years and have patronized all the Royal Farms in my local area and trust me their is nothing royal about this location, it's the newest and the worst. They have been profiling, harassing, discriminating and it has just become intolerable. My companion has routinely been coming to this location to get gas, coffee and refilling his container with ice and water. On several occasions he has been questioned/accused of getting coffee/sode in his refillable water container and each time he has said it was ice and water, but this last time this morning was the worst causing him to get irate with the manager Suzie (sp?) and the young black girl (ashley?) (she just recently returned from maternity leave) but they are the only 2 in the store this morning. This morning yet again he was approached and again was asked about what was in his container again he said water and ice. He was told that they saw him go over to the soda dispenser, yes he did it's where you get ice and water and was basically accused in front of other customers that he was stealing soda. He actually had to show them what was in his container and as he said it was ice and water. My companion went on to ask the manager did she want to taste it since they went so far as asking to see what was in his container. Just ridiculous and embarrassing and just harassing him. This has happened way too many times and has to stop. I will be addressing this with corporate office. They both need to learn proper job etiquette get some retraining on proper social and professional behavior how to treat customers and to know when you get a promotion don't take your little title to the extreme. You are not Royal farms or the owner. You are an employee. They need to focus on keeping the establishment cleaned, mop the floor and emptying the coffee filters and change the grease on the regular to get fresh food and not tasting like it been sitting there for days and when a kiosk doesn't work put note on it, stop letting customers continue to use a malfunctioning machine. less time on their cell phones and chit chatting and more customer service and professionalism.
Actually ain't that bad to cook the great the food comes out decent made to your order cashier's pretty good at night time but I get here around 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. in the morning so then people are pretty decent
