I purchased on 3 different days the Chicken that was supposed to be so famous! The 1st day we purchased this so-called "famous Chicken" was truly delicious, my family and I were pleasantly pleased. Therefore, I came back 2 other times to do the same. Unfortunately, the second and third purchase of this so called Chicken was horrendous! The second purchase was extremely salty! The third and last time chicken was dark, overcooked, dried, and just unedible!
I questioned the waitress behind the counter and ask her for a different package of the chicken, she said it was just made, she doesn't make it, they're all the same.
Needless to say Royal farms needs to pick up on their chef skills and cater to their customers! I'm done!!!
The chicken slider sandwiches and fries are delicious. The few times I have stopped at this location I have always encountered very nice employees, especially Carla. The over all interior could use a bit more attention to organization and cleanliness but its lack in these areas won’t keep me from visiting again.
I think Royal Farms and I have divergent concepts of World Famous.
The World Famous chicken sandwich I had was truly lame.
Loaded with an obnoxious amount of lettuce and hot sauce, a cold slice of cheese and a pale, damp on the outside, dry on the inside hunk of chicken breast.
Any fast food chicken sandwich is superior.
The fruit options were slim and what I got was rotten.
There is a large selection of beverages and the coffee is brewed to order.
Went to the Royal farms Rt 452 Aston PA 19014 cashed
in some Royal farms rewards got the best fresh hot chicken from anywhere in a long time and customer service was very congenial I'll come back for sure and recommend!
Three reasons that Wawa is better than Royal Farms: Cleanliness, customer service and quality of food.
This Royal Farms location exemplifies the above sentence.
Love this place, love the full and powerful breakfast burrito, love the coffee, love the Chicken and potato wedges.
There were some problems before with some employees that didn't care but now it's a good place.
But still they have some employees on night shift and others that they don't know how to make a simple burrito.
Came here once before a while back and had a slider, I opened the package and saw the bread was moldy. Not even kidding.. I posted the pic to corporate twitter and they sent me 3 coupons for free sandwiches... -_- never used them. Went back today for second time to give it another shot (mostly because I was damn near starving) and was just aghast at how the employees/managers work there, employees having full on conversations directly facing over the food they were making. It was just not professional at all...
If you need a cashier for any reason after Midnight then just go somewhere else. This location relies on their Self Check-out. Far too many times I needed an actual cashier and I just stood there waiting. 2 separate times I had a rude cashier who would appear annoyed they had to ring me up. I decided that I would NO LONGER do business with ANY Royal FARMS AFTER multiple BAD experiences. There are MANY Wawa's in the area, so I'd suggest avoiding Royal Farms until they start valuing customers. If you can't provide an actual cashier then you shouldn't be open PERIOD! You're a business, so ACT like one. I didn't have a problem just once, or twice...it's been MANY times, and now I'm done with trying. NEVER AGAIN!
