Royal castle by the dial in Arima needs a overhaul,never has what you want,an when a request is made ,you are treated like is a favor they doing you..very poor Arima branch, Need to take a branch from the mobile site on the highway after pricemart..I will be buying there only from now on, fresh good size chicken an curtious staff. Royal Castle dial Arima has a great cashier with wonderful customer service... I think she said he name was Shantelle. Very decent. I'll return just to see her.
