I recently went to Royal bakery on a Friday to pick up an order on a Saturday and the woman behind the desk was so entirely rude to me and entirely rude to the woman standing next to me I will never ever ever go back to this bakery again You need to go to school and learn customer service skills!!! Very very condescending attitude!! Man I wish I had her name! You just lost a customer actually you lost two customers I have a friend that don't go there because of you!!

Royal Bakery is a new find for me but they are experienced talented folk who ask the right questions so your cake is perfect for your honoree. Great cake pops and of course the best crumb cake! Breads, rolls and coffee, too. Thanks Royal!
