Truly, the best Round 1 arcade I've been to. They have photobooths, racing games, 8-ball, table tennis, and bowling. The number of claw machines they have is almost endless, and within them are the cutest items ever. The ticket redeem room has some of the best selection of prizes I've seen. I loved the vast choice of music games they offered here. It's not too crowded at this location, and it's perfect. The employees were also very friendly! The only negative is that there aren't any associates walking around to service the machines, so you have to go up to the front desk for any concerns or help upon winning a claw machine prize. Overall the experience was exceptional and I’d love to be back!
I can see where this place could be a ton of fun. But during our visit they were really off their game.
Way understaffed for a Saturday night. Wait times were one hour plus on just about everything from food to drinks at the bar. They had no ice and a few of their employees were notably less than friendly. Kinda gave off an irritated attitude but I'm guessing that's from being overwhelmed due to not having enough staff.
This place is loud (which is to be expected in a place like this) but they treated my daughter like it was her fault she didn't hear her food order number called. Instead of saying sorry you couldn't hear or understand us it was very much an attitude of "oh well it's cold now because we tried calling you and you didn't show up" Whoever was on the PA system didn't use it well. It sounded like they had their mouth too close to the microphone so all announcements were garbled, not just ours)
I don't understand why they can text when your karaoke room is ready but can't do the same for the food orders.
And the karaoke rooms were but very well ventilated. It was quite warm.
We still had fun but it was not their best night.
I haven't been to a room of places like this, but I've been to enough to know that it was awesome! I was in Japan for a couple of years and instantly got that Japanese arcade vibe for the place. As we walked around, you can tell it's absolutely inspired by Japanese culture. This place is an easy recommend for the have selection alone. I can't comment on the food as I didn't eat while I was there, but I can't wait to go back. I'll be better prepared for it next time!
What do you do when you have to pick up your college student from a airport at 11:30pm with a 12 year old in tow AND you live an over an hour away? You find something fun to do!! Round1 was a fun place to play games and get a quick bite. My son loves the driving games and really enjoyed the ice cream. We will definitely be back.
Pricey but a fun time. Love the Claw machines and you actually win. Food took about 20mins, not too bad of burger and fries
Bathrooms smell like sewer and the air hand dryers were not powerful.
Restroom music also needs to be louder so I can poop in peace, a body mirror would be nice as well. They also use cheap cups for drinks. My alcoholic drink was wasted :((
Floors just seem dirty and stained. I think if they took out carpet it would be better for looking cleaner and kept up
I went with my friends for bowling, for 3 times our lane stopped and we couldn’t play for like 10 minutes each time and they only gave us extra time for 2 times and for the third time they we are not able to add more time.
However it is a fun place to go with friends and family .
We have been here several times before but tonight was one of the best! Chris on the bar had been there since before we got there at 7 and at 10 he was still running the entire bar himself. There was no less that 6 parties in the line waiting at a time and he treated everyone with respect and had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had here. Any hesitation on coming back was washed away with his great service. Much respect for him and much love and enjoyment for this place. If you haven’t been here before give it a try for a date night or family gathering you won’t regret it!
Games are great. Lots of games for all ages, including adults. My 17, 13, and 6 yr old loved the games. Decent prizes for tickets, but I'm giving a 3 because the bathrooms were absolutely horrible! We went Saturday night and the bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper in any stalls, trash all over the floor, people had smoked in the stalls and left ashes in the floor, it was packed so I chalked it up to that. Well, we went back Sunday after lunchtime, and the bathrooms were in the same exact situation. There was still no toilet paper, still ashes in the floor, so obviously never cleaned.
