When smells cannot sustain a bakery at this Mall in its final throes of demise. Empty shelves and a missing lunchtime queue tell a sorry tale of our desperate times when even a waft of coffee aroma from baked buns floats aimlessly ignored by the window shoppers roaming around.

Everytime passby this rotiboy bakery shop will induce your urge to get 1 rotiboy signature bread. Sometimes it can be a long queue.
1. No payment via debit/credit card 2. Unhelpful staffs 3. Worst internet connectivity We live in cashless society now. If you can only implement e-wallet, please improve your internet connectivity in your premise. Or better, provide the necessary support for card payment. Thanks.

The bread is nice as usual however one your staff, a lady is rude. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. Please teach your staff manners and how to interact with customers. Instead of barging when customers is in the middle of eating, have some courtesy to say excuse me and then politely clarify that the table cannot be moved. I was just agreeing to another customers suggestion as the shop has no place to sit cause most of them are not having anything rather sit for nothing. Why didn't her go and ask those people away instead of me who is eating?? Nonsense.
famous bread shop and usually crowded during lunch hour. seating area is available but the drink menu is very limited if you want to eat your purchases here
When served hot its simply amazing and yummy, with a bit crispy bread at top to the soft loaf below filled with butter. Always eat only if its hot.
Staff information uncleared. Had double checked with others and they mistaken too on her information. We had to wait for 20minutes for the bread. What a dissapointing attitude.
Sorry... Doesn't mantain the same quality. Nit buttery anymore. What happen to the sweet & salty?
Same taste and as delicious as before, the favourite bake started from my home town, Bukit Mertajam. Saw this brand in Seoul beforem
