Good food at a very affordable price. Testified by the large crowd every evening the place is open. Would recommend the tandoori chicken with naan, very tasty and filling. Cheese naan is good too. It's great that the curry sauce is no longer sweet as before. Parking can be a bit challenging as there aren't many spaces near the shop. Also, note that it is moving to a place slightly further up. Perhaps that would solve the parking issues.

Lovely roti naan. Tastes like real Indian food with tandoori chicken, minced meat curry and lamb curry. Mandy rice also tasted delicacy well. The parking needs to be improved to provide more customer.

Quite packed at dinner time on holiday weekend, but turnover is rate is still acceptable. 30+ minutes per order waiting time.

One of the best premises to experience famous local/ Malaysian dish; Roti Tempayan... price is affordable, very suiting as a suburban restaurant... no parking space is allocated, so it will be very challenging to be there during peak hours... service is also quite fast and smooth...

If you ever come here, go for cheese naan and tandoori chicken. Very recommended. They serve juicy tandoori chicken (not the usual dried over cooked chicken) and delicious sauce to go with it. Service is good.
Their curry is a bit on the sweet side, and not spicy.
Price wise is reasonable. Great place to go for a late night supper.

I love this place. It is a family diner by the roadside run by 3 brothers, hence the name 3 Abdul. Those guys are really humble & polite.
The cheese nan is incridebly good compared to William's corner cheese nan, this one is on par but smaller in size compared to William's corner or Murni Discovery ( if you are familiar with KL street food scene).
There are chicken tandoori, roti tempayan, roti naan, roti naan cheese and also an array of Nasi Arab to choose. But Nasi Arab is not their expertise.
The price is very fair. Check out my photo for list od prices.

Definitely a must try if you are into naan or locally known as roti tempayan. If you're in Kota Bharu, it's highly recommended.
The cheesy naan dip into gulai (curry/broth), either chicken or mutton eaten together with tandoori chicken with the special sauce will make you come back for more. Trust me, I did.
Do come early or come later, as the place will normally pack during peak hours
