Stop there to get a pastry and had the most amazing experience. The staff was really nice to us and offered this exquisite lemon cake that was sweet and tasteful. They have a variety of different dishes in their menu for amazing prices. Highly recommend this place if passing through or in the area!! Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Moved from Chicago to Morgantown. Visiting Charles town. I had a horrible time finding good food. My expectations were minimal from Rossy but it was indeed a pleasant surprise. Rossy is a family owned restaurant. You can feel the warmth and hospitality when u walk in. The food is beyond amazing. I have traveled and tried different cuisines. This place had one of the most fresh delicious food to offer. Its fairly priced and has large servings. I have been ordering food from her since the day o visited her the first time. Aside from getting hit with a bad smell entering the restaurant the food was excellent!! The gf bun was so tasty along with the pulled pork and side salad. Friendly staff. Delicious tres leches pie! $50 with tip for two people.

This was the first picture I took as soon as I opened it because for $24 I was expecting more. The 4 pieces of beef was all the meat it had and I thought to at least eat the rice, fries, and vegetables but it was all so salty I had to throw it. The guy was very nice there but when he said specials i thought lunch specials which for $24 no thank you. This wasnt even including a drink. Sad to say I will not be dining here again because the prices to food ratio doesn’t make sense. I'm not sure who decided that the best fried chicken in WV is here, but if that be true, I feel sorry for the citizens of WV! The batter has some weird taste that neither I nor my wife could identify. It was really greasy and upset our stomachs to the point that it gave us both the s***s. The best part of the day was getting home and downing a couple of Rolaids! The service was indifferent at best. Our drinks ran dry, we were never offered a refill. We finally gave us and asked for the check and waited about 10 minutes for that. Then, nobody came to take payment, so I walked it to the cashier myself. I could understand service issues if the place had been busy, but there were only 3 tables being served while we were there. Not returning, and do not recommend. The owner is wonderful to chat with, the drinks are yummy, the food is delicious. I have eaten in and gotten delivery multiple times. I enjoy their Birria tacos! The fried chicken salad was good; it was a very enjoyable meal to take to work. My daughter-in-law enjoyed the fish and chips and she is from England. The tres leches cake was a little dry but very tasty. The chocolate mousse cake seems to be just chocolate layer cake, albeit a good one. This is probably my favorite restaurant in Charles Town. We’ve gotten take out from this place multiple times. Having ordered several different items off the menu, I’ve yet to taste something I didn’t like. This place is known for their incredible weekend brunch but you can’t go wrong either anything on the menu here. It was our first time eating here and it won't be our last. Rossy the owner was our server, she was very lovely. The place was spotless clean and the food was excellent!! We had the brunch and will definitely be back to try the dinner menu. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

5 star. Best place in Charles Town for breakfast. It's in an outside town area but it's not in a bad location. I had the county fried chicken. I can't believe how perfect it was.
