I ordered the 2 full trays raspberry pork tenderloin as an appetizer for a party. They were a hit. People kept coming back for more. Unbelievably delicious. They could very well be seved as an entree. And they were delicious cold.i "caught" people going into the fridge and helping themselves. Also the raspberry dressing is not overly sweet. Just perfect.
