I actually enjoyed this place more than Richardson’s. As always, Richardson’s is loud, but a great, lively vibe, but it’s hard to enjoy a conversation (yes, I come here specifically for the food but sometimes, I like to have a convo). Luckily, I met a friend here and she insisted it was the same menu as next door—same vibe as Rokerij, as well as same management, (just like Dick’s Hideaway down the street). Pedro, was fabulous and attentive. I enjoyed the bar top, and noticed there really isn’t seating for larger groups and that is actually perfect. It is very dark, but not too bad.
As always, my enchilada plate was absolutely fantastic (as always, be careful with those dishes, as they tend to be extremely hot). The green chile today was spicier than the red but delicious. Love the rice here, too. Will definitely be coming back.
Note, Rosie’s parking lot is the same as Richardson’s and Rokerij (duh) and it is only valet—make sure you have some cash for the valet guys’ tip.
Ordered the Carne Adovada, it had so much fat in it, it was swimming in grease, we there last night 2/4/24, never again!
