This is one of the few restaurants left who hasn't started charging high rates for meals. This location has a convenient drive thru. I live that they make their own tortillas. This is a nice big restaurant, but it's barely a step up from bargain fast food. Very nice atmosphere. You can order at the drive thru, or go inside and order at the counter. The TV monitors tell you when your order is ready and you go up to pick it up. I honestly don't understand the five-star reviews for this place. The food was incredibly ordinary. The beans were served cold, and they weren't taking very good care of filling the orders properly. They made two different mistakes on my order. When I mentioned it, the person at the counter just shrugged. It wasn't a big deal, but I was surprised at their indifference. Pretty great salsa bar, the chili de Arbol is especially good. Great, homemade tortillas. Nice patio for when it's good weather. I don't see any reason to go back here. My husband and I really enjoy eating at this establishment. The food is authentic Mexican food. The tortilla is made on sight in front of the customers. The establishment has Taco Tuesdays with a special to die for, with 3 tacos, beans, rice and fresh tortillas. I advise everyone to give it a chance. Very affordable! First off their flour tortillas are so much like my grandmother's. Wow. For the rest of the food I've had so many of their different selections their combosed of singles and I've never been disappointed they live up to the expectation of the food they have a wonderful sauce bar area. Fast Mexican American food, known for their handmade tortillas and chips. Upon entry your greeted with a signs with every entree imaginable with picture and prices in clear bold letters. You get a number after you order and there are screens every so you know the moment your called. It’s a seat your self type of environment, similar to a fast food joint. The decor was very festive and all the tables were very clean. They serve a variety of beers, sodas and tea. There’s a little something for everyone. They also give you free tortillas with your meal. Salsa and others sides are extra but worth it because they are very tasty. If your ever passing through Old Town Temecula or staying at the Hilton, give them a try.

Great food & great prices. Restaurant is decorated very authentic and awesome. Only issue we had was asking for a special request of a Salad with chili Verde meat on it for my Sister who is on a very special diet after surgery. They would not accommodate or try to figure a solution. We finally suggested a Salad and side order of chili Verde & they finally agreed they could do that. I would recommend you add to the menu to be able to select any meat topping you offer to a salad for an additional cost, of course, to accommodate people who are on special diets. Rosa’s never disappoints me! I love that this restaurant offers a lot of yummy burrito, fajita, and taco options. The tortillas are so fresh and yummy it’s hard to believe this is fast food! I also recommend you try their refried beans 🫘 ! If your in the mood for some Mexican desserts, this restaurant offers a few options such as sopapillas. This restaurant has a lot of space for large groups and an outdoor patio! The location is very family friendly and is great for quick trips or long stays. Rosa’s Rosa’s ROSA’S!! Oh how we love Rosa’s Cafe! We ordered an enchilada meal and a taco plate, a side of chips, salsa and queso. The restaurant was not overly busy. Staff was friendly.
