I came here with my boyfriend around 3 pm. Not too busy at all. The waitress never told us her name, but was nice in general. We got our food and my boyfriend asked for ranch that was not received with the food when he originally asked. She gave unnecessary attitude although he asked politely and proceeded to take her time and brought the ranch to the wrong table, then proceeded to throw the ranch on our table and threw her arms in the air. She brought us the check asking if we were done and needed boxes or if we were still working on it. We said we were still working and she left. About 20 minutes has passed and not once has she come back to check on us or offer us boxes. She continues to walk past us both, and will look at us not eating. She cleans the tables around us and has brought food and checks to other tables. All while we sit here being stared at. After finally receiving the bill we learned her name was Krystal. The food is always good particularly their chicken wings. We don’t go for the service per say it’s not the greatest always but generally pretty good. 6.8/10. Large crowd with football games, longer wait for food - had to send some food back because it was cold (not warm, cold!) they were quick to resolve and replacement food was hot and delicious.
