Been coming to this location for years and today upon coming here in winter with it being cold outside they want me and my family to wait outside to wait for a open table or in my car that is parked a half a mile away awful !I’m glad it’s not very warm out I will never ever come here again because they want me to stand out in the cold this place is not welcoming and will never come here ever again you all can stand out In the cold ! Good food. Excellent attentive servers. 2 times we were told 45 min wait. Many people left due to the long wait. We waited 20 and 18 min. Not sure why the receptionist was turning away customers. Today I was kept on auto answer to be told no wait. Wonder why it took 3.08 min to answer the phone. 2 receptionist standing at the reception area. They were not busy. our takeout order was ready pretty fast. I placed it online. I would have checked the order before we left, but they forgot my blue cheese and kids apple juice. Their wings are disgusting very rubbery. I'm a frequent flyer of neighbors in Trenton and their wings are 10 times better than Roosters. On a good note the fried pickles are phenomenal.
