The food was great. The farm bread was amazing. The chicken fried steak and gravy are definitely a must try! Good atmosphere, the tables are a little tight but it was Valentines Day when we dined here, so that is understandable. Our waiter was a little inattentive but again, it was Valentine’s Day, so I guess it’s to be expected. Overall, great experience. We will be back.. super excited to see how the menu changes with the seasons. Be sure and give Ronin a try if you have not. You will not be disappointed. Very nice beautiful place. The menu is seasonal and the food was delicious.I can't wait to come back and try something else. I had the chicken fried steak, potatoes and greens. Tender, well seasoned and delicious. The cocktails were also tasty. The server we had was ok. The one serving the table next to us did a fantastic job. We over heard him explaining the menu in great detail for them. Hope we get him next time. For sure give this place a try! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
We had the best time here last night. The food was creative and tasty. I love the story of this place. They grow many products on their farm that they cook here. The wine list is extensive and great. Such a great vibe. Abby the bartender was great and split our dinner without even being asked to do so which made it so much easier for my husband and I to share. We will be back when we are in the area.
A bustling, fine dining experience, Ronin offers delicious, high quality cuisine with an effort to provide local "farm to table" options when available. It was extremely busy the evening we visited, and despite having a reservation, the hostess lost us in the "chaos" of the evening. We waited 50 minutes for a waitress to take our order. Despite the long wait, we had a wonderful time and the food turned out perfectly. Due to the extended wait, we were offered a complimentary dessert, which was appreciated. We may not have had the best experience for such a fine dining establishment, but we had a wonderful evening regardless. Reservations highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

So this farm to table restaurant in an 108-year-old ice house something so unique that's we had to visit. Be sure to read about the history on the website. The simple decor is really impressive especially the floating tables that hang from the ceiling. We made sure to get there before 6:00 p.m. to enjoy the cocktail happy hour. We were not disappointed. They were really good and unique. Defeated self was really excellent. Unfortunately there's not many vegetarian options. Though I could eat the sweet potato croquettes all day. The souffle was amazing. Highly recommend it.
Ronin is a delightful, quaint farm-to-table restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere and impeccable food. They source their food from local farms all around Texas (including Ronin Farm). The porch was super peaceful and there are rocking chairs and porch swings. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the doors there is nothing great service. Each dish is spectacular. The chefs just know what they are doing. The food took a while to get out but was so so worth it. To start we got the beignets with peach carmel sauce. They were light and fluffy. Perfect amount of sweetness. For main dishes we got the omelet, fried chicken, french toast, and wagyu tacos. They were all fantastic. So so delicious. The omelet and tacos was so fresh and flavorful. The french toast was perfectly cooked and not soggy or drenched with syrup. All the coffees we ordered were awesome! I really recommend this restaurant for a weekend brunch with friends.

Many of us had a really bitter vegetable in several of our dishes. I think it was a turnip but it was just so bitter. No one in our party was able to enjoy the taste and ruined many of our entrees. The steak was good but felt it was too expensive for the ounce size. Staff was nice and was trying to be accommodating for our large party on a busy night, Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We were in the area and wanted to celebrate our anniversary so I made a reservation. We arrived and they sat us promptly but our server never came to our table until we asked for one. Yet, other parties that arrived after we did were attended to immediately. We missed happy hour and when I asked if we would get a discount being that it wasn’t our fault that no one took our order, the server said she would ask. We did get the discount but we learned about it when we saw the check. The server was very dismissive and not engaging at all. Not sure if this is the norm but we went there because we had seen really good reviews. Not the anniversary dinner we were expecting. The food was good. We ordered the chicken fried steak and blackened shrimp pasta and esquites. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

My wife's fav. Farm to table. Imaginative menu. Select micro brews including some high end Texas brews like Jester King. Wine selection is also highly cultivated. We have had the most tender lamb and largest scallops here on their ever rotating menu. The veggies are also amazing, typically integrated I to the main course but also as sides and garnishes (often pickled). Deserts are solid cuisine, not the typical choc sugar globs. Especially the souffles which are unique and seasonal (watermelon, pumpkin, beet, hibiscus). Service is excellent.

We walked in with great expectations and waited 30 minutes for anyone to come to our table. I had to go to the hostess to ask for a server. We went ahead and ordered our drinks, appetizers and meal, since we had so long to look at the menu, Then waited another 30 minutes for our drinks and then another 20 after that for our food. Luckily the food was delicious, but the wait time was extreme and very frustrating. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
