We had the worst Valentines Day at this restaurant ever! We had a 7p reservation for 6. We knew it would be busy but never expected what happened. We got there on time and stood in line for about 15 minutes before even being checked in. Once checked in, we waited until 8p to be seated. But that wasn't the worst part. After sitting there watching other tables get served, one server finally took our order. By this time, we were ready to order everything from appetizers to desserts. We did! But then we waited and waited. Finally, we got our drinks (water, tea, mocktail). The server said they were out of kids' cups and brought a quarter of a cup of whole milk... saying that's all they had left! Finally, we got bread, the soups we ordered, and the kids got their food. At 930p, we decided to leave. We NEVER got the adult meals or desserts. It was very disappointing. We also noticed people coming in after us and getting served. We noticed several people walk out in digust after not getting their meals. It was very clear that this restaurant was not prepared for a holiday! There didn't seem to be enough servers. The chef and manager kept going to tables apologizing. It was pretty ridiculous. This restaurant needs an overhaul. Maybe someone should call Gordon Ramsay! Take out photos available...waited 35 mins after pick-up time of 7:45pm. Had time to come inside the building twice...host said it'll be ready any minute now TWICE! We had time to have 2 double shots down even though the bartender left 3 areas to get my card ran because "none of them are working today". You're Stupid Opinions Podcast has turned me on to reviewing more. Worst service, worst food, worst experience. We used to order to go for our special occasion, like Thanksgiving, Christmas and new year's eve, well this year, the food was cold, we ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken only 4 strips of chicken, fettuccine alfredo with shrimp only 5 small shrimp. I paid for 3 bread only received 2 and when I asked for the 3rd, the waitress looked inside of the box to make sure wasn't there. The bowls with the fettuccine were only like 1/4 full, looks like was the kid's menu. The salad was made with old lettuce, horrible taste, the lobster soup super salty. Well right.when I walked in I felt like the service was impeccable. My party hadn't arrived but my hostess made sure to ask if 9 was ready to have anything as I waited. When the party arrived she was right there taking our drink orders and actually had some wine samples to try. I could go on, but to some it up Raquel was superb! Haven't been here in years but finally came back to try it. We had the stuffed mushrooms which were delicious just wished they were a bit bigger. The fried ravioli would have been better but it came lukewarm so the cheese inside wasn't melted. For entree we had the trio which was ok. The fettuccine with white sauce wasn't that good but the lasagna was ok. I liked the appetizers and soup much better than the entree. The chicken parmessan was good.
