I bought 6 pizza pies and after waiting for 30 minutes for my order, I only received 3. After enquiring about the other 3 and the kitchen not knowing that the order was for 6 they tell me they ran out of dough and I must wait, no apologies nothing. I asked for my refund and manager comes out from the back, opens the till (still no apology) and helps the white lady next to me

Excellent service. Phoned an order through whilst driving towards Kokstad and it was freshly made and waiting for when we arrived. Only a short pit stop needed to collect our meal and we could get back on the road with no delay. Thank you.

Didn't even place a order. On my way decided to phone in to place order no one answered, arrived only to hear phone ringing.... no one to answer it. Last time I ever go there. Rather go to debonairs out side of town at least they answer

Roman's pizza is the best.....Excellent service from workers to customers .....I really enjoy going to have pizza there... Wt ma frndz...just go n try it out I assure u ,u won't regret

I was very sick the next day, am sure there was food poison in that pizza, I used to eat roman's pizza at least 2ce a month but never again..
