Not Impressed. Pizza wasn't cooked through properly the base was still half raw, had to put the pizza in the oven at home before we could eat. My wife and I both have upset stomachs today and bad stomach cramps. Worst pizza take away I have had. We regularly get romans pizza and it is always good but this time around has put us off of pizza for a while. Meal type Lunch Price per person R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I visited this place today and I'm honestly not happy. We felt disrespected and belittled. We came here from a distance and ordered and paid . After eating , we were given cleaning utensils . In my whole life, I've never seen a customer clean in a restaurant.

We went to this place as a family to eat and we where made to clean the shop after eating, when all the other people where bit treated that way. The staff was not friendly at all, a lady by the name of Maria is the one who gave us the broom so that we clean the entire shop.

I went to pick up my order of 4 pizza pies today. Called and ordered. My order was ready. One of the ladies recognized me brought my order forward. All I wanted changed was from the box to paper bags. The old white man seemed really angry. He wanted to put it in plastic bags but I said use the brown paper bags instead. Under his breath he goes "Gees" while grinding his teeth. Correct me if I am wrong - It is cheaper for Romans to use paper bags vs card board box? Other staff seem really tense but very quiet. This experience leaves a bad taste. What happened to customer service with a smile? Will not support them again.
