Been eating Roma for 26 years and have loved their Carolies . This particular location has not been good the few times we have had the food. Spent $68 on 3 Caroili and a salad. The salad had alot of the pink rusty lettuce and the Carolies were all flat and barely had anything in them. Called and the manager was very apologetic and said that our next meal was on them. I don’t even know what to say. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and lasagna. I don’t know what this is but it’s not spaghetti or meatballs and was disgusting. They put a boiled sausage in there? The lasagna was also gross and had more boiled sausage in it. It takes an hour to prepare this?? The staff does not appear to know what they are doing inside, and there is a handwritten Help Wanted sign on the door that reaks of desperation. Will not be surprised if this place closes within 6 months. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband took our two grandchildren in to eat pizza. This was about 4 o’clock in the afternoon. He came home about 6:30 looking extremely ill then at about 2:30 in the morning he started throwing up with diarrhea. He was still throwing up with diarrhea around 10 AM so we took him to the doctor and it was determined that he had food poisoning, we called my daughter To see if the kids got sick and one of the twins was throwing up at the same time in the middle of the night. What does it take to make your restaurant safe for people to eat there! My husband is immunocompromised and he Is so sick! He has to be on a special diet for at least two days to try to flush this out of his system. It cost us $100 to get all of the foods and drinks that he needs to get better, so it was not an inexpensive meal for us. We contacted the Health department and they will follow up but I just wanted to let the public know that they need to be very careful eating in this restaurant. If there was a way I could give them negative stars I would!!!! When you go out to eat, you don’t expect to be sick afterwards! 🤮 Food: 1

Just odd experience. Table of 4 and one person’s food got forgotten??? Still had to wait another 15 for that. Wasn’t until the next day eating the leftovers (because I had to take it to go at that point) the sausage was still PINK undercooked!!!! We’re even came early the prior evening so the restaurant was NOT busy at all. What’s with waitstaff clothing choices? Is there no dress code??? Also the cooks long hair all hanging down.. like tie that up at least!!! Pull it back. I expected more from a “full service” dining establishment . Quality has degraded immensely everywhere. Won’t be back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
I though this place would be amazing because of all the reviews I saw, but no. This place to me personally was horrible. I called to place a order, I was rushed throw my call on what food I wanted. Then for a spaghetti, a cowzone and the lasagna, it was $56.12. It was so small of a spaghetti and a lasagna both gross and the cowzone was alright. Very disappointing to see great view and then to review myself and try it very disappointing. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
A while back I dined here and gave you a 2 star review for bad food and horrible service. Reluctantly, I came back and was pleasantly shocked! Your service was fantastic, the food was better, and the price was once again reasonable. Personally, I just don't like your sauce, but I'm willing to try ranch next time. I would recommend their caroli's. (Especially the taco one)
It took the server 35 min to realize the kitchen never received our order. We would have asked about it if she'd come by for the last 20 minutes before we gave up and left. Meal type Dinner Service: 1
My family had Roma for the second time tonight with two large pizzas (Margherita and pepperoni/sausage) and this experience was much better than the first. The toppings did not fall off and the crust, while still needed flavor, was baked well. We all sat together and had a nice dinner. While I was disappointed that there wasn’t appropriate follow up when I reached out and gave feedback initially, I really appreciated your kindness and care with me tonight. Roma Windsor values their customers.
Tried this place out with the family. It is tucked away in a strip mall off of the main street through town. Place was a little busy which is usually a good thing. We were seated quickly and the staff was fairly nice although a bit hurried which I suspect may have staff shortage like many restaurants lately. A decent number of options but we tried the following for our dinner. Family salad - this was just ok but would have been better with some more of the toppings and aox of lettuce instead of straight iceberg. We did like the dressing came on the side to allow you to dress your own. Meatball sliders - the meatballs were a good size but for our tastes there needed to be a bit more seasoning in the meatballs and the accompanying sauce. Cheese ravioli - the raviolis we're a good size with a good amount of filling but the sauce needed a bit more seasoning and can't say I've had ravioli with spaghetti as was done here. The accompanying bread could have done with some garlic. Hot house pizza - the crust was nicely done (crispy and not soggy) and definitely a good amount of toppings but it was lacking the heat we expected from its name and some of the toppings. Overall a decent hometown place with friendly staff. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Food was great! Got the hot stuff caroli. Good service. Some eye candy in the pizza bay was nice. Highly recommend.
