A place for the family to hang out.
Remember to book before going, especially with big party.
Their setup is very suitable for family to dine in as they got many different types of Japanese food.
More like those chain store sushi we can get
Service speed was fast and very generous with their bowls and sharing plates.
Can see waiting staff put a lot more effort with us as I got a 2 year old with me
I like their beef don with black pepper and garlic rice and agedashi tofu. Tempura was not bad too.
Not a fan with their Mince pork and mince beef sushi.

Cozy environment. Food is above average. Recommend the beef Teppanyaki; but the garlic fried rice taste like normal fried rice only, I prefer strong garlic smell kind of garlic fried rice. May be chef should used more garlic..
Overall satisfied as a first time customer.

Have visited this Japanese restaurant several times and impressed by its Japanese anime theme.
The menu offers a variety of choices to choose from.
However, it's worth noting that while the food quality and portion sizes used to be on par with the pricing, recent visits have shown that other Japanese restaurants offer superior quality and larger portions for the same price.
Nevertheless, the restaurant boasts a wonderful atmosphere with plenty of seating, including a private spot for teppanyaki.
Additionally, they offer vouchers through lucky draws for diners who leave their info on the receipt.

Came in to the restaurant on a weekday afternoon after the usual lunch time and it was really nice. I am pleasantly surprised at the interior, a nice , and welcoming looking restaurant and it does have a cozy feeling to it. You would also appreciate it if you are an anime fan.
They have a number of menus and I took the longest time to decide on what to have so you might want to check out their offerings in advance if you have the same problem as me. However once ordered, the food came within an acceptable timeframe. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are quite large. If you are a big eater, you would appreciate this as well.
As for the price, I think it matches the food. So no complaints here. I would recommend to drop in during off peak hours if you can. This place also looks like it would be a nice place to go for celebrating your loved ones.
Ps I also got a RM5 voucher for my next visit

Personally, I prefer this outlet compared to the one at Gaya Street. Everything was great. Thank you for a pleasant and memorable experience this Christmas.

I love the Japanese vibe giving when I dine in this restaurant. Their indoor seating is decorated with a bit gardeny touch and there's huge anime figurine you can take picture too! It is lively!
In terms of food serving, it may takes a while if you dine in around 7pm to 8pm (peak hour). But the services wise is good! And the foods? It is remarkably delicious and especially on the sushi price is quite affordable too!
They have various of dishes to choose from too. It may take a while to decide if you're first time here.. I recommend you check out their menu so you could decide fast and order, as the food preparation gonna takes some time especially on peak hour.
They do have lucky draw to win every week, where you need to leave your contact details at the receipt to participate. But sadly the cashier didn't mention this to me during making payment for our dinner until I come across their Instagram post.
The hot matcha latte is nice too! I can say this is my no. 1 Japanese restaurant in KK to dine in for.

They serve average tasting sushi with an overpriced price tag. Even their premium sushi platter with caviar filling taste like Rm4.50 salmon roe takeaway from random shop. From dirty pencil paper ordering system to blocked sweet sauce nozzel bottles. Good thing they really act up on their service quality. Maybe some will appreciate their cool and clean ambient. But At Rm 85 for something like i order, it will make you leave disappointed and surely would go to buy additional supper back home. One thing for sure, this place is a no go for me in the future!

Went here on 9 April with family and ordered plates of sushi & stuffs instead of a dish per person. As I think back, I think Roku Zen's sushi plate selection is more as compared to Nagasaki's, which is a plus point. Of course, better to patron when they're not busy coz the service would be a bit slow.
