My Aunt, my wife and I just went in there. We were seated, and given menus. We where not checked on at all, and after 20 minutes a lady who had just been seated was asked what beverage she would like and if she was ready to order food…so we got up and left and don’t plan going back.

Stopped in for food at the restaurant. Great professional staff and service. Food had great flavor with flavors melded together perfectly in every plate. Portions were great for the money. Definately worth a try! A++

Great beer and service. The gals working Wednesday night (we closed them down) were great. They recognized us Thursday night and we had dinner great night with their friendly service.
I went to Rogue Bayfront Public House Restaurant for dinner to have the halibut. In the summer of 2023 their halibut was fantastic!!!! The French fries were really good and the coleslaw was to die for!! This year the batter on the halibut was gooey and tasted almost flavorless!!!! The halibut was not firm like what I remember halibut being. The great coleslaw that we had had was not that good! Instead of having a light sauce. They put in too!!!! much mayo!!! Me and my family were so disappointed!!! We drove from Salem to have this fabulous dinner. We will not be back!!!! Fix the recipe for the beer batter!!! Oh, by the way the beer Battered halibut was NOT beer battered.

The Rogue Bayfront location is my go to in Newport! I always experience great service and am always very happy with my meals. This day I got the turkey BLTA for the first time and it was a perfect sandwich - high quality turkey, fresh bread, good avocado. And I recommend the cranberry hazelnut side salad and a Dreamland lager! Then take a walk down the bayfront after - a perfect afternoon.
From Seaside to Newport, this place has the best food on the coast! The dead guy burger, blackened salmon burger & the cheese curds with jalapeño jelly is next level! Great service & we recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good food!

Really good food, great beer, fantastic service, and on the historic bayfront. Doesn't get any better than that! Fish and TATER TOTS! The rueben sandwich on pumpernickel and rye bread swirl was amazing, as well as the cup of clam chowder with garlic bread! You won't be disappointed!

Went out to eat as a couple here for lunch today, I have been here in the past and this time it didn't hit the mark. Our food was honestly tasting of old cafeteria food , the burger was so grey and hard could have been used for a puck, and the Alfredo was like soup. We could have gotten past that but when the plates were taken the waiter made a silly remark saying we hardly ate anything. Not sure we will be back sadly. I know its a bar and my expectations should be lowered but we wanted a good lunch and to us $40-60 bucks to do that means something a bit more. Maybe in the summer they are better 🤔

We stopped in for lunch after perusing the aquarium. The Dead Man burger was excellent. The bun is all-black, which adds a weird appeal to it, but it doesn't have an odd taste or texture. My husband had the same thing, and an old-fashioned and he said that was the best drink.

Delicious! You get a lot for the price - very flavorful. Got the blackened salmon sandwich. My friend got the distiller's chicken sandwich. Both of us enjoyed especially with the tatertots. It's busy with smaller staff, so expect to wait for food - staff is super friendly. There's a lot of space. Liked the marionberry cider. They have a huge list of options.
