Gabriel and Gustavo were fantastic waiters the whole night. They took EXCEPTIONAL care of us and even sang happy birthday in Portuguese for one of our guests. The food was great and the atmosphere very cool. I will be back.

I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant over a number of years. Yesterday was both my daughter's birthday and my son's graduation from High School and I brought my family there to celebrate. I made my reservations online and requested that they would also sing to my daughter for her birthday because this was the first birthday I have actually got to spend with her on her actual birthday in 12 years. When we arrived were were seated on the south west dining area.
Things however went downhill even further from there. We ordered the full Rodizios and when we went to the salad bar area the entire salad bar was literally picked clean and unstocked. When I asked one of the servers at the bar how long it would take them to restock the bar he just stated that "you have to catch it when you can because it is being wiped out faster than they can replace it". I went back to the table and then waited to see if they would actually restock it and went back a little later and it was still in the same condition. It was a busy night, but honestly if you need more people in preparation of food and people to help place it I am sure it would have helped.
I went back to the table with my kids and our drinks were still not delivered to our table. I finally had to ask. During the meat service your servers had no problem taking the various meats to the large parties while we sat there for 30 minutes before they finally started to come by and ask us if we would like cuts from the center rinds of the pineapple. The meats they started to bring by were dry and cold and were what was left after they serviced the larger tables. I finally had to ask the meat servers if we could request that fresh and hot meats be brought to the table. The meat server literally acted like he was put out and stated that they have several large parties to service and will get them out soon. We waited again while the meats were taken right past us an onto the larger parties. They did finally stop by and bring out a portion of garlic steak that was absolutely raw and cold. In the last 15 minutes of our stay a large party finally left and I was amazed at how fast they would then actually stop by our table and offer us freshly cooked hot meats
I had requested them also to sing to my daughter for her birthday on the way in and during our stay there. In the end the waitress just brought us the check and walked off. So I would just like to say that It was thoroughly disappointing and complete ruined our celebrations. You would think that for the prices you are charging for dinner we would receive better quality of food and service. As I left, I spoke to the hosting staff since the waitress and servers were cold and unresponsive. Your hosting staff just said sorry, did not offer to notify the manager, and acted like they could have cared less.
Don't waste your time or money for any special occasion at the Salt Lake City Location. Worst Experience ever!!!
Google says I visited Rodizio Grill Corp. but I didn't. I do love me some Brazilian BBQ however so I will leave a great review. Keep up the good work. Don't skimp on the Pao de queijo.
