Wish I could rate higher as it’s close to home. Their salsa is always super spicy, so I can’t eat it. Their cheese dip is good and complementary with your meal. Their Enchiladas Cremosas are good, I really like the sauce (which is why I return). I wish the chicken wasn’t so dry. The service is hit or miss, oftentimes it’s slow. My first time at Rodeo. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of food and amazing service. My new go to for Mexican. My husband and ordered the special. I got the special margarita everything was top notch. It that hole in the wall place to brag about. I would definitely recommend trying Rodeo when hungry for Mexican food. First the all the people there are all really nice, and the food they have is amazing. I love the Pacifico which comes with shrimp, egg fried rice, fries, salmon. The chips they give out if amazing and wait time for your food is pretty good. And the severs there give you a laugh or two always and are nice to kids. I had chips and salsa, guacamole and their white cheese sauce. For lunch I had the taco platter. It comes with 3 and I added 1 more. They were delicious. Much bigger than I expected. I was not able to eat the 4th taco I ordered. The only thing that I can say is the meat in the tacos was watery. Not greasy but watery. I think they precook a larger amount of taco meat ( which is fine everybody does) and add water so it doesn't burn in the bottom of the pan. But when they made the tacos 🌮 they didn't make sure to get the excess water out of the meat. That made the shells soggy and fall apart. I like crunchy tacos not soggy taco shells. Other than that everything else was great. I was with several other people and no one had any complaints I will still go back, the food is good and pretty fast coming out of the kitchen.
