Variety of delicious menus to choose from. Food prices still affordable. Real comfortable height of tables and cushioned stools, a relaxing environment and friendly staff that is fast with orders. The only snag is that the beaming faces seem to dampen at the till point if there is no tip, the staff needs to be constantly reminded that we cut the cloth according to the coat. Each time you get there it's a different experience, the wait time is very long, I once waited 2.5 hours (we ended up leaving with takeaways) the food is usually good but the moment you ask for changes it normally gets messed up. The fun part about it is there are always a few birthdays a day. Online order, the tartar sauce was not packed with our mushrooms. This was disappointing as we live 15km out of town and only realized when we were home 12/12/2023 My complaint above was addressed immediately and efficiently. Thank you Rocky Ridge Spur Kokstad.
