My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Rocky Peak Spur this evening. The food was great as always, but unfortunately we were the unlucky winners of an unfriendly, impatient waitress, very ironically named Patience. From the moment we sat down at the table, the look from this lady was saying I have to serve you but I don't really want to. No friendly smile, no eye contact, getting impatient when her questions weren't answered immediately. I think some customer service training would go a long way. Please make it clear to this lady that in the restaurant business, the experience is just as important as quality. No customers, no business.

Really enjoyed this Spur. Not too large or noisy. Huge kids play area and quite spacious unlike outer Spur branches. Service was awesome, friendly staff and not a long wait for meals. Food was perfect. Tried there pizza for the first time and quite impressed. Would definitely visit again.

What a bad experience, No one at door to check temp, had to find own table, waiter took long to arrive. We ordered starters that had plastic on chicken wings. No manager around and service was slow. Didn't clean table after we ate nor taking of menus after we orders . Not impressed, as we use too come here often and not the same service like before!!!! Won't be coming back.. Please check your food before you eat . When we are with family and family, you intend to just forget on the food . I ordered a burger and chips for the kids (not kids meal ] there was a small white tiny inside crawling in the plate, not 1 few . I had a look at my daughter s plate, the same insect .I called and asked them to check and change the chips , and I didn't make a big thing. They just changed both the chips .but after I saw that my kids also and I didn't want to eat or go back there again .Maybe it is me but please have a look at the food wherever you eat ! We visited this spur a week ago and had such a pleasant experience, overall, that we had to go back last night to see if they weren't just just having a "good day." Their service was really good. We did not really have time to wait, and someone was always close by if we needed extra wipes or anything. The food was very good, all of us really enjoyed our meals! They are truly family friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate and serve us even with our hands full with our busy little ones. You can tell when someone is just doing their job or really good at their job! The playing areas inside and outside were really fun with a wide range of choices and ages. Many cameras from different angles in the areas with a person present in each area. They also presented a short magic show for some of the older kids and some facepainting. They went out their way for some birthday parties and special occasions on both nights. We will definitely be going back and also recommend them, especially to other tired parents with busy little ones. Thank you so much, guys! My family's every Friday dinner spot😊. Best customer service, clean environment, safe playing area for our Lil ones and the best food ever. And shout out to Victor(one of the waiters) he is our everytime waiter and he knows what we want and how we prefer our food.
