About the displays, we have been to the location in Irvine and it somehow looks much more inviting than the location in San Clemente. The displays could be better presented but the taste of your chocolate more than makes up for the lack of refinement in displays.
The employees who were there the day we went were mostly on the younger side. And just like most people around us, inflation and tip fatigue has affected us. I would suggest presenting the option to skip the tip altogether right at the beginning than make the customer work for it.

This review is specifically about the location in San Clemente Outlets.
The chocolates are decadent but the displays were just adequate. The staff were not friendly, but not unfriendly either, till the tip after the purchase didn’t meet their expectations. So to just pick a few chocolates from the display and hand it over to the me, I am expected to tip at least 20% of the purchase?
Dear store owner/corporate, I would suggest paying the staff decent wages so they do not have to depend on tips and will not just suddenly develop an attitude when the tip is low. Maybe pay the staff decent wages and remove the tip option altogether.

Sometimes the workers can be a little off putting. Many times we go in and they are chatting away. There is no greeting- no warm welcoming feeling. A few times I have waited at the register while they finished up their conversation. I don’t ever say anything but it is a let down because the atmosphere can remind me of a Wonka world if the employees were better with customer service. Better training is needed to teach to greet, make small conversation while checking out, or even just acknowledging us at all.
We will always go back. The treats are just too good!

Wow. We love this company but this location was awful. Both apples, 2 different flavors were stale. Rocky road fudge, stale. Stale graham, stale nuts. The new girl was nice enough but the girl training her was outright rude and condescending. Waste of almost $40. Never again.

This is one of my favorite places to go get chocolate treats. However be warned that they have been out of chocolate covered gummy bears for the last three times we have been there.
Every time I go there the people are so friendly and welcoming! One of the best places I know of to get something sweet to satisfy the cravings. I personally love the peanut butter buckets and English toffee. Always a great experience! Definitely would recommend going there☺️❤️
Awesome place, brought my dog in awhile ago and the staff was very friendly. Some lady seemed rather flustered. Must have had a bad run with pets at some point in her life. Other than that the chocolate and atmosphere were great!
OMG!! Best candy covered apples ever. Plus their candies are to die for. Especially love the dark chocolate covered caramels. Love this place so much. Plus staff is really upbeat and well trained!!
