Chef Roxy rocked it with her islander home slow cooking. The sweet flavors timed perfectly in moisture deliciousness. Sugar can hints of tangy flavors and played full for seconds. A small town blunt of beautiful kitchen madness!
Had the pleasure of eating lunch here today. YALL… go show Chef Roxie some love. Cause that’s some good eats right there. And what’s more is that this is local! I had some crazy tender chicken, collard greens. Sweet cornbread and some fried plantains! If this doesn’t make your mouth water then read it again and come on down!!!. Go check her out… now! I know this is gonna become one of my local haunts for sure!!!! 💜😋

A refreshing addition to our restaurant’s in the county. The cuisine is delicious and nutritious. Raquel’s food is made with love and care for quality ingredients. The hospitality is unmatched which compliments the dining experience to the maximum level of enjoyment. The seating is comfortable and varied. The space is extremely clean and well maintained. My family and I are enthusiastic about Rock Steady and will be back frequently!

I'm so very happy we decided to stop in today! My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and let me just say that the food is authentic and incredibly delicious! I suggest the curry and jerk chicken, rice and peas and sweet plantains. I also loved the sweet potato fries, which is surprising because I'm not usually a fan. However, these were delicious! My husband was very pleased with the parmesan garlic wings! The atmosphere, service and conversation were exceptional! We will definitely stop in again!

Chicken Wings
I came from Miami to visit family and boy let me tell you; this has to be the best Jamaican food I’ve had in a while! The food is made to order which means it’s fresh! So worth the wait. I ordered the chicken stir fry. My aunts ordered the jerk chick and pork chops. 10/10 for every dish. Thank you for such great hospitality and authentic food. Must try!

i am so happy that Chef Roxie brought her skill and warm heart to Rutherford County! Rock Steady is an almost weekly must have for my family and I and i've probably tried about 80% of the menu at this point. the atmosphere is very inviting, service is unmatched and the food is delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

This food is absolutely delicious. So authentic & tasty. I give it 5 stars but wish I could give it 10! The staff are very nice & the place has a great atmosphere. Also inside of the restaurant is an amazing coffee shop. The best of both worlds. I had the curry chicken, collard greens with cornbread & plantains & wow it did not disappoint!! Thank u Rock Steady u made this foodies day! Can’t wait to come back!

We ended up at Rock Steady by chance and I am SO glad we did! I would go back simply because of how genuinely nice everyone was. But then you add great food and atmosphere to it and you've got a true winner. I loved the Jerk Chicken Egg roll appetizer!
