Chillers were well done but my black coffee was not piping hot. That was disappointing. Staff was friendly enough. Surroundings were clean but the place needs a general face-lift.
Went to your Omera Plaza this morning and the supervisor there was just the most sad excuse of an employee. The young man was so pleasant also the new girl , but you should let that young lady stay in the back. She is an embarrassment to your brand. I immediately asked for a refund

A bit small so seating is limited but overall the service and the food is great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I've been to this rituals location at shops of arima numerous times. Their service thus far is good. The quality of products is also good. The environment is kept clean for the times I have visited especially through the pandemic abiting to regulations to sanitise etc. Parking at shops of arima can be a bit challenging depending on the time of day though.
Smoothies not available even though it's back on the menu. I was disappointed
One of the best Rituals locations I've been too this far. They have pretty good selections and the environment is great for a chill lime or a study group.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
