My friend and I had such a great time at the first soufflé class, held at The Woodlands location! We had 12 in our group, and everyone was so friendly. Chef explained the process of making a soufflé, and we got to make our own dessert: a raspberry soufflé. We learned a lot! I definitely recommend the class. Service was wonderful, and the food was fabulous. Make sure to try the lemonade or limeade! They are so refreshing! It was my friend’s first time at Rise. By the time we were finished with our 3 course meal, we had planned to go back with more friends and husbands too! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I've been to Rise three times now. I enjoyed their fresh bread, marshmallow soup, French onion soup, artichoke, citron green tea, bananas foster souffle, strawberry souffle and their apricot souffle. Everything tasted wonderful. Their souffles are such a treat! I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu next time. Beautiful atmosphere! It is quiet and intimate. The food is fabulous. The souffles were light and delicious! However the marshmallow soup was the most delicious part of the meal. The marshmallow soup is a must try when you visit this restaurant Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Raspberry Souffle

This was my first time eating soufflés that weren’t desserts. We booked a reservation through Yelp. There was ample amount of parking. The restaurant is very beautiful after you enter. The rooms look different from one another. We actually came here one day before my birthday, I forgot to put that down for the occasion. I think they give you a free soufflé. The service was wonderful, they were very attentive and I never felt rushed at all. Just a FYI, just because they give you the bill, it doesn’t mean that they want you to get out immediately. We saw people that were there for hours after they paid, at least 2-2.5 hrs. Personally, that’s way too long for me. I did the set menu for $39. I ordered marshmallow soup, jambon & gruyere soufflé, praline pecan soufflé, and $4 cheese & accoutrement. I also sampled some of my brother’s and sister in law’s French onion soup, truffle mushroom soufflé, and chocolate soufflé. The bread on the guillotine board was very good. It was soft and just a little chewy. -marshmallow soup 5/5 - carrot and tomato bisque was very smooth. Goat cheese was soft and flavorful. Not strong for those that are skeptical. -French onion soup 5/5 - i love that it’s not overly salty, very enjoyable. -cheese & accoutrement ⅗ - this was good but i would not get again. Not worth the extra $4. -jambon & gruyere soufflé 5/5 - this is ham and cheese soufflé. Fluffy texture when you dig in and very filling. Ham and cheese were nicely cooked. -truffle mushroom soufflé 5/5 - you can immediately smell the truffles before you have that first bite. After eating it, the truffle flavor is not overpowering. It has just the right amount. -praline pecan soufflé 5/5 - very tasty. You can taste the pecans, I wouldn’t mind ordering this one again. -chocolate soufflé 5/5 - chocolate was not too sweet, good texture.

This is becoming a favorite of mine here in the Woodlands. It's a dining experience with superb service and an exquisitely executed menu. They have rotating seasonal options and merchandise for sale. I highly recommend Rise Soufflé for a special dinner or simply dessert & coffee. If you like good food, you won't be disappointed. Michelle was simply lovely and took such great care of us. We wanted for nothing and she had such wonderful recommendations. The food was exquisite as ever. We had the rise salad and marshmallow soup. We shared the smoked salmon soufflée and raspberry soufflée. We also enjoyed hot cocoa and a crème brûlée! Had a lovely evening and can’t wait to go back! Finally a local gem!!! We attended last night for a meetup group (9). We were welcomed and am looking forward to returning with friends and family. From out hostess to the waitstaff, especially Zack, to the service manager, Shelby, the whole experience was amazing. The food was delicious with a nice selection of "bistro-style" fare that was nicely plated and promptly served. So nice to have an option other than the same old, same old. I hope they are here for a long time and hope their menu expands with growth. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is NOT fast food or a typical sitdown and eat restaurant. Typical souffle takes at least 20 minutes in the oven, even with all the ingredients mise en place. So allow yourself a good amount of time from sitting down to eating your food. Of course, the souffles here are well with the wait. Wonderful staff and ambience. A great addition to the woodlands food scene. The soup and souffles were perfectly made. The service staff were patient and explained how souffles are cooked. Excellent wine collection and do not miss the sweet souffles. Even the EGM has an apt name - Boulanger. The Baker. How cool!!! A super cute restaurant with major attention to detail. The food is fantastic, souffles come out quickly and taste like delicious clouds. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Love the decor, love the napkins and plates, love the food. Definitely recommend. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
