We chose Rigsby’s for a date night dinner. This was our first visit, and we were beyond impressed! Bre was our server, and she was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. We shared an appetizer of wings, which were some of the best we’ve had. The Pit Boss burger was awesome. (I only remembered to take a picture once I finished half of it.) My husband had the same and he loved it, as well. We will definitely be back on a regular basis! I had a drink first while waiting on a friend to join me. The space was huge, very open. I was a bit disappointed with their selection of wines, but they had a decent draft beer selection(I don't drink a ton of beer) By decent, I mean a decent size. The bartender seemed like she had a lot going on, but she was very sweet. Beer was a good price. Later when we were sat I found out why the bartender seemed like she was stretched thin....she was also our waitress. This did add some time to getting food and orders in, BUT she was very sweet. She took our order including 5 wings i wanted to take home later(She waited and placed the order for wings until we got our food. Which was inpressive since she was also bartending yet still remembered) The food was great. The fries were very crispy, the burger was cooked just like I ordered. Which doesnt always happen when ordering MR. I felt very satisfied with the meal. Oh and the strawberry shortcake cocktail was delicious! I'm not from spartanburg but while searching for restaurants, this one seemed like the best option. I was not disappointed. Very happy we chose to eat here. Would probabky eat again if i end up in Spartanburg for dinner...or their brunch menu did look enticing...... Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

**Update Review** Most of my family, friends, and peers are aware of my love for Rigsby’s. It's my go-to spot when I'm craving a burger, and their sweet tea is always a must-have! However, on multiple recent occasions, my burger orders have been disappointing. Lately, the online orders have not been followed accurately. Items I specifically requested not to be added were included, and in the last recent, order, I requested my burger to be well done, but it turned out to be medium well when I cut it open. I usually don't like to make a fuss, but the food is too expensive to waste, and unfortunately, I've had to throw out my meal three times from Rigsby’s because it couldn't be salvaged. Come on Rigsby’s, where is the service at, that wheeled me in! ***** For dinner tonight, I placed a to-go order to be picked up, and the order was ready before the stated time. The cheeseburger was perfectly, seasoned and cooked to perfection, with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and onions and the fries were good too! If you're looking for a good burger, Rigsby is your place! One of a handful of restraunts open Memorial Day Monday. Although short handed the service was great, Bre out waitress was friendly and attentive being the only wait staff on hand. The food was top notch and the five star ratings are well founded. The bucket of bones is awesome succulent ribs, moist chicken wings and great fries. The pork belly burger is out of this world an onslaught of sweet tangy bbq sauce, onion and pork entwined with fresh ground beef ...a home run ! Not to ignore the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Hot juicy chicken, buttery Buffalo sauce sandwiched between toasted bread awesome & delightfully unrefined. Oh, what an absolutely delightful dining experience! As we were promptly seated, the allure of the beautiful weather led us to choose a spot outside. We started with the irresistible pork belly sliders – each bite, a tantalizing symphony of flavors that left us craving more. And let me tell you, the blackened shrimp street tacos were nothing short of extraordinary, an explosion of taste that danced on our taste buds. Had a lunch date and this place did not disappoint, our waitress was the nicest! She took her time with us and helped us through their menu, the food was reasonably priced and we were very surprised by the big portions we got, the food was cooked/seasoned well. If I could give 10 stars I would! Oh my god these are some of the best wings I've ever tried in my life! The staff is polite and attentive. The atmosphere isn't like ths other wing places, which tend to be loud and chaotic. The atmosphere here is calm, quiet, warm and inviting. The place is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. I’m not too into restaurants with so many screens but this is the exception! Went there for the second time today and the food was great! Best chipotle ranch I’ve had in a long time, good wings, great burgers, good appetizers. But I really came here to brag on the service staff. Today, Chris was the one to take our orders and bus our table and he was great! Very attentive, kind, and helpful. Will definitely go back! We stopped in for lunch today and it was wonderful! Tatiana was our waitress and she was great! From beginning to end, she was warm, attentive, and took great care of us. We started with the pimento cheese deviled eggs which were so tasty, creamy, and loved the bacon was still warm on top. I had the Mexican street tacos (2 with shrimp & 1 with fish) and the were perfectly made with enough heat to make them interesting but not overpowered. I loved the charred corn, black beans, and blackened seasoning. As a side, I had the parmesan tater tots and omg! So tender, creamy, and complimented well by the parm. They'd go great with a dipping sauce (maybe a garlic aoli) but ketchup work just fine☺️ My hubby had the smoked dirty south burger medium rare and fries. As usual, we shared bites of each others meal and his burger was sooooo gooood with the perfectly cooked smoked patty, ashe county pimento cheese, fried pickles, and the soft potato roll. Fries with more than golden brown with the kind of "browness" you find on those few potato chips in the that cooked just a bit longer than the others but are soooo gooood because of it! I stole more than one of them! Lol. Atmosphere was great, lived the decor. And Tatiana made it perfect. We look forward to going back to try the wings as well as the Sante Fe burger.
