I realize this is chain bbq, but they have a lot of menu options. The options that I've tried are GOOD and there's a wide variety of options. Their service was lacking but it was clear that they're short handed, so definitely not anyone's fault that showed up to actually work. The sammich with pulled pork, brisket, and smoked sausage was a must try. I will continue to go back!! All you can eat ribs on Tuesdays! The wife said let's try it and we did. She has the BBQ Club sandwich and I had the ribs. $20 for all you can eat is a really good price considering most places are $25 for full racks. The meat was smoked well and had a good flavor. Fell off the bones as well. Beans were good and Mac n Cheese was fresh. Larry seemed to be the only server on and was masterfully handling about 8 tables. The Carolina sauce was their best sauce. So good the wife put it on her sandwich. Will definitely be back next time we pass through.
