I had high expectations to the food here as it was michelin, but all of it was quite oily. The fried rice was very plain and nothing special, the fish and sundries beef was also very plain. The location is perfect though, so forget that it’s Michelin, come have some food and enjoy the river view. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ฿300–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant establish more than ten years ago which changed from resort as a retirement project of the owner. She has a friendly characteristic and welcome all customer by herself. The very first customer intend to serve are her friends. Four food oredred are well cooked with the original taste and freshness. The most recommende menu are frices sticky rice with shrimp, fries fish with garlic, home cooked pickle cabbage and salted fish dipping. For soup recommended sour fish soup. Gauranteed by Michelin Guide 2023-2024 sign. Parking are available near by its restaurant and can be park around 10 cars. If you visit them at the right time of sunset, you will see a very nice view too. This restaurant also need some direction sign for pointing to its restaurant. Overrated food and overpriced When I came to Ubon. I ate here offen before they get michelin guide. I remembered last couple year their food were great and cheaper than this time. Pricing higher around 20-30 THB Taste is average compared the price. Many fly come over around and noisy. If you looking for the quality is good. But personally suggest other local place. If View Mun had rating out of 10 it would be 11. We have been coming to View Mun for over 10 years. The food is consistently fantastic food. The service staff are very well trained. Always there to top up your drink and take away used plates. A very special Thanks to Yong who is just the best. View Mun is most definitely our favourite restaurant in Ubon. I forgot to mention. If its a romantic night arrive about 17.15 and watch the sun go down. You can not get better than View Mun. An unmissable dinning place for fish lovers. Tasty fish dishes with North-eastern style spicy sauce, so called Chaew. The restaurant is on Mun river bank. With great view and great service. Another highlight is the toilet. Try it to witness.
