Diner on evening of 14th. Had the Valentine special. Food was ok. Service was appalling later in the evening , waiting 1 hour to receive dessert?? Have seen People leave before end of their dinner . Waiting period between dishes was tooo long. Recomed a least one more waiter , and logistics in kitchen to do better planning. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Restaurant Tuga's - great ambience. A lovely place for a special dinner as well. Reservations are advisable in the evenings and weekends. Waitron staff attentive and well trained. Portuguese dishes, well made and well presented. (Unfortunately more attention needs to be kept on keeping the food warm before served to the client). Would I recommend Tuga's, definitely. This is by far the BEST restaurant in Beira. The service is excellent. They cooked salmon for me and wasn't even in the menu. They have a patio with a pool that you can smoke and inside dinning with TVs and open kitchen. The food is delicious and Very healthy. It was ussually not so busy and looking from outside you can't tell how good it is. But you sure should try. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Favorite restaurant in Beira - varied menu including the best vegetarian options in the city. Amazing staff, ambiance, drinks, etc. Recent new ownership has been great! Highly recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Beautiful place. Great Portuguese food with buffets on Sundays. Variety of sangria pitchers to share. Very nice desserts and appetizers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Great restaurant for a dinner date. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Desserts are probably the best in Beira. There is also an air conditioned area inside which is great if you are looking to escape the evening humidity. Check their opening times though, we have been disappointed on numerous occasions.
