I have arrived at 11.45am and asked if I could have a beer sitting down (there were 2 occupied tables, all other tables were free). The waiter informed me that they were only accepting tables for lunch (no one has lunch this early in Portugal) and that I would not be able to have a beer. Will not return.
The place is nice, in a very good location, with great views. Owners are nice and friendly. A place with a great potential for sure. And this is where the positives end.
The place should be open at 10:30 but usually they open only after 11 or 12 depending on the mood. If you ask for coffee you can be lucky or not, depending on who prepared it.
Food is tasty but the dishes are small and the prices very high.
Perfect spot for a lunch, beach views, not crowded with people which is super nice.

On the board outside were advertised 2 dishes, acorda do marisco + bebida+ cafe é bacalhau à bras+bebida+ cafe. We chose bacalhau costing €11 each and the waitress said "and to drink?"we chose 2 glasses of white wine. The white wine came warm and I asked for cold. She explained the fridge was broken so they had no cold wine. We accepted ice cubes even though it changed the taste of the wine. The view and the food were good.
In Portugal and Spain when they put a board outside with dishes of the day the drink is always a glass of wine, a beer, a water or a soft drink. I have lived here on the border of Spain for 25 years. When our bill came the bacalhau was priced correctly at €22 but the warm white wine was priced at €7. Avoid this place, they may try and cheat you.
Very expensive for the quality. €8.40 for 2 very weak cafe con leite and a hot chocolate. Your paying for the view. Also the 2 volatile guard dogs roam free and constantly intimidate passers by.
Very relaxing place with good food, great views and nor overly expensive. They take reservations for lunch which is a big help during high season or weekends.
