Todo espectacular: el servicio amable y rápido, el establecimiento agradable y la comida lo mejor. Pedimos gambas al ajillo, lubina y salmón. Todo muy sabroso. Las gambas viene una buena cantidad para compartir y el pescado es grande y fresco. El precio está genial para la cantidad y la calidad que ofrece! Nos encanta comer en este restaurante. La carne está buena, pero el pescado está exquisito y, lo mejor, una estupenda relación calidad-precio. Hoy hemos almorzado una dorada y un plato de bacalao al douro: ¡buenísimos! Adjunto fotos de la comida y la cuenta. Excellent! My favourite restaurant in Monte Gordo. The 13 euro menu is great value and the food is excellent. Great food, great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Nice location on the beach. We've eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. Highly recommended, we will be visiting again soon! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €15–20

Second visit here and another good meal. One of the few restaurants on the boardwalk to offer a Menu del Dia and daily specials. Always great value with staff who are keen to serve. Chiringuito en la playa de Montegordo junto a la magnífica pasarela que discurre por toda la playa. Local con muy buen aspecto y bien atendido. Personal amable y eficiente. La comida......regular. Pedimos ensalada y gambas al ajillo, bien. Pero los segundos dejaron mucho que desear. Pedimos filete de atún (de pésima calidad) y choco plancha. El choco venía sin limpiar y con la jibia (hueso). Pedimos unas raciones para compartir. Los camareros muy atentos y amables, y las sardinas buenísimas. Las coquinas sin embargo tenían bastante arena. Tenían puesto un hilo musical de jazz que no le pegaba mucho al lugar pero el ambiente en general bien, y el sitio inmejorable a pie de playa. Recomendable.

Had just checked into a nearby hotel and need some food so walked along the boardwalk. All restaurants had fantastic views of beach etc. This was one of the few that were actually open. One or two people already eating and menu outside tempted us in. Gaspacho (tomato and garlic) soup for a starter which as you know is served cold yet still took 10 to 15 mins to serve. Main was the mixed grill which apart from the red hot burn your mouth sausage was tepid to say the least. Chips were cold within minutes of it being delivered and some meat was fatty even the plates it was served on was cold If it not been for its location I would have rated it less Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €15–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
