The main problem we experienced at was high food prices for average food—particularly the starter salad, which at 8 dollars and the size of a side salad was disappointing. Service was also slow, as others have mentioned. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve only been to the restaurant once (it is right next to Hotel Ladera). The ambiance was excellent and the service was good. Food prices seemed reasonable although the main courses were pricey. We just had the deluxe hamburger and the pork chops. The former was good but the super thick pork chop was very dry. We’d go back but aren’t in a hurry to do so. 😉

Poor service, it is a nice place, but the service was terrible. We waited for 2 hours and kids were desperate for food. When finally the food arrived it was incomplete. You don't play with people's hungry. I can understand that in a regular day, but on a Sunday, when you have visitors from anywhere, unnacceptable.

La cena estuvo bien y la atención adecuada. Solo que había un mesero y había varias mesas con clientes que atender, él hizo lo mejor. El sitio es muy bonito con el canal de agua que pasa al lado del restaurante y el sonido natural de las ranas en la noche. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

La comida es excelente... Pero no puede ser que te ponen a esperar una eternidad... Esté lleno o vacío es lo mismo. Llames por teléfono o lo pidas directo. Tener q esperar 1 hora... X un pollo a la plancha con un puré.... Mínimo están desplumando la gallina...
