We just ordered sandwiches and drinks (smoothie and sangria) and everything was good. Nobody was sitting on the beach so maybe they had more time to take care of us. Nice few from the terrace Meal type Lunch Price per person €15–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Really expensive for what you get. €16 for a piece of swordfish and three potatoes. €4 for the tiniest slice of pie. It’s the first time I’ve felt cheated in Portugal. Service is so slow it’s unbelievable.

Directly located at the beach of Martinhal. Beautiful views all around. Dishes and snacks for reasonable prices. Currently the service is not very professional. No spices, salt, mustard or similar are brought to the small dishes. Here you have to ask for everything extra. Even napkins are not available. Especially now in the covid19 time you should not have to ask for them. Finally, when we looked from our table on the terrace into the kitchen, we discovered that gloves are not even worn when preparing food.

This area of the beach is not part of the resort. As a result they charge a high price for using the sun loungers on the beach. Beware: They do not advertise this and will happily let you use them and then approach you on the way out. They tried to charge us 18 euros, for leaving our towels on the bed while we played with our kids in the sea for an hour. We did not pay this. Advice to the owners please be transparent with your pricing for patrons.
