Had an amazing sandwich over here. I got the sandwich pulled beef with homemade bbq sauce. The beef was perfect, the sauce was very flavorful and had a little spiciness. Recommend!

If you haven't been to El garaje, then you've missed out on their epic sandwiches and salads! This place is hidden away on calle corrales and is easy to miss, but keep your eyes peeled and come on time. At times you might need to wait a bit for your table, but that gives you more time to read their specials written with care and humour!

El Garaje is a nice little spot for lunch for those who enjoy savory sandwiches and lunch fare with deference to locally sourced and organic ingredients.
The menu isn't huge or even extremely diverse, but the offerings they have are very well done and very tasty.
I may have missed it when looking for my lunch spot that day, but El Garaje is CASH ONLY, credit cards not accepted. Fortunately, I had plenty of cash with me. A nice lunch for 2 with beverages, including local tax and gratuity, ran about $17
The food is a great value and worth the visit if you're in the area.

We loved El Garaje! It is owned by a husband and wife from Canada. Their menu is great and the food was fresh and delicious. Just be patient while waiting for a table or for your food, it is just the two of them :-)

Fantastic sandwiches and salads in Granada, run by a lovely couple. Establishment was clean and cool (fans), drinks were cold, and food was fast and delicious! We'll definitely be coming back!

This place is the real deal! We went three days in a row. Only managed to take photos of the last day unfortunately. BBQ pulled pork sandwich, Classic Rueben, BBQ pork pita with homemade spicy tomato relish and slow cooked beef quesadillas were our favourites. The owners are also incredibly friendly and the setting is great too. Definitely give this place a crack!

When I took my second bite of El Garaje's pulled pork sandwich, a thought appeared quite clearly in my head:
"This is the best sandwich I've ever had."
Now, statistically, chances are that this isn't the case. But the fact that that thought occurred to me at all is a testament to the quality is imbued in this restaurant's sandwiches, apparently by their fresh ingredients.
Its not without flaws - I was far less impressed by their side salad, and the portion sizing (which is the same across the board) was also smaller than I needed to be filled, which is something for big eaters to consider when visiting. But the sandwich alone, for a sensationally low price, is sufficient for a 5 star rating.

wonderful food with many vegetarian options; very friendly service and a nice ambiance.
Unfortunately we found it on our last day in Granada so we can’t come back this time.
