Restaurante Casa Sirlache is a must-visit restaurant when visiting Aracena. Located in the Sierra de Aracena, the restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere with typical decoration from the area and a cozy fireplace that is perfect for colder months. The service is super fast and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food is the highlight of the experience, with dishes such as rice with mushrooms, croquettes, presa and meat with tomato. To finish off, they offer delicious rice pudding and custard with chestnuts. The quality of the food is outstanding, particularly their snails, potatoes with mojo and pluma al cabrales. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are very professional and friendly. They also have a great selection of Iberian meats and a variety of mushrooms, including tanas and boletus with cheese which are both spectacular. The desserts are also a must-try, with chestnuts in syrup and cheese cake being particularly noteworthy. All in all, Restaurante Casa Sirlache is an excellent restaurant that offers great food and excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
