Our tour company took us here for a stop over from Porto to Lisbon a quick lunch break. We found this restaurant based on the reviews. This restaurant was so busy that we didn’t get service within the short time we had. We only had soup and it was delicious. The only thing we can comment is the fact that we had to pay for a covered charge which was for their bread, olive and small amount of the cheese. We felt they should make known of this service instead of assuming that we want it.
I recently had the pleasure of lunching at A Cabana in Fátima, Portugal, with a group of six adults and two children. Our experience at this restaurant was quite enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others looking for a satisfying meal. One aspect that stood out to me was the restaurant's concise menu. While it may not offer an extensive array of options, this can often be a positive sign as it suggests that the restaurant focuses on quality rather than quantity. Despite the limited selection, A Cabana managed to provide a variety of dishes to cater to different preferences. Among the dishes we ordered, the picanha and beef were the highlights of the meal. These meat dishes were cooked to perfection, delivering exceptional flavor and tenderness. They truly deserve extra points for their quality. Additionally, the fried cod was also delightful, further showcasing the restaurant's ability to prepare different types of dishes with excellence. A noteworthy mention goes to the migas crumbs served as a side dish. These delectable crumbs complemented the main courses perfectly, adding a delicious and satisfying element to the meal. The attention to detail in the culinary offerings was evident, and it contributed to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. The service at A Cabana was also commendable. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and friendly throughout our visit. They ensured that our needs were met promptly, and their knowledge about the menu was impressive. Their professional and courteous approach added to the overall positive atmosphere of the restaurant. Speaking of atmosphere, I found A Cabana to have a neutral ambiance. While it may not be particularly flashy or extravagant, there were subtle touches that conveyed a sense of sophistication. These details added an element of refinement to the dining experience without overpowering the overall relaxed atmosphere. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €20–25 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Our first visit. We wish, we could come more often, but it’s simply too far from home. We had an excellent soup, good Olives, very good wine, excellent pudim flan and great coffee. All this for a good price and some first class service. The Restaurant overall is in a look and in a quality of appearance, every Restaurant should be. If we would live closer, this would be our place to go several times a week.

Great place for a lunch with your family. The meals are all traditional well made cuisine. You will feel satisfied equally by the flavor and the quantity. The staff is very friendly and caring. That also results in some waiting but it's worthy.
