The customer service is very bad, the quality of the food is poor, especially the immature chicken, and when we complained to the official, we did not find any listening ears. It was a nice coffee place. But now they don't allow laptops after 12 PM. If it's a deal breaker for you as it is for me, I don't recommend it.

Very good place to eat if you are in Sefrou. The prices are very afordable and food quality is good. The service is the only lacking part in my experience there. It wasn't very bad but the servers were cold and sometimes late ( I went to them to get the menu).

The place is nice the orders take some time, we waited more than 10 minutes for our order , the stuff are friendly ,by the way the food was warm not hot but delicious 🤤

This cafe is always my Go-To when I am in Sefrou! It’s the place one goes for coffee, for comfort and for camaraderie. You see it all here….the families eating, the kids studying, the women talking about the men, and the men talking about the next football match! But it’s the service that keeps everyone coming back, day after day. They’ll know you by name as if you’re family and even manage to remember the slightest detail to your order…..thank you Hassan for always being the best!
