Second time visiting this establishment. I don’t eat pork and beef, yet there was ample options to choose from that met my dietary needs.
Cocktails were well made, the ingredients of the meals tasted superior.
Staff is as always, courteous and met the fine dining standards. What I like the most is that the staff are all locals. I went on the Thursday before Christmas - only three tables that night, the previous time the place was packed.
I recommend this restaurant all the time, and I will surely be back soon!

Recommended for those who like to eat proper European Gourmet food. If your are looking for a gourmet restaurant in the country then this is the place. The Chef and Staff are up to international standard and serve dinners as I am accustomed back home in Florida and Europe.
The cuisine is a fusion of European origin French, Italian, Dutch with a creative flair added that even the hotels in Paramaribo don’t serve.

Very expensive for what you get. My salmon (normal size) came with ONE piece cauliflower and 3 dots of purée! They should increase the size of the side vegetables!
Une découverte exceptionnelle ! Pour une soirée du 24 dans un écrin admirable. Un régal pour les papilles et pour les yeux. Un arrêt dans le temps....Nous étions seuls au monde. Une cuisine raffiné, un hôte aux petits soins.
