Location and ambiance at hosMartin was ok. I am typically a very flexible person and not a picky eater but the Sunday buffet was not the best choice at this restaurant. Warm food was cold, sauce was lumpy and meat were dry. There was no food warmer and the only thing I enjoyed was the soft ice and coffee. If the food was at least warm, I would probably come back again. It is also not hygienic to leave food out on the table without warming or cover. Minor improvements could be done. Even if someone treats me for free here, I might be ordering only pastries and coffee.

Veldig god mat og hyggelig og tilstedeværende betjening. Men det var alt for mye mennesker der da vi var innom for søndagsbufeen. Veldig støyfult lokale, og trangt rundt bufeen. Her bør man enten utvide til to stasjoner for bufeen eller begrense antall mennesker i lokalet. Det er synd det slik mismatch mellom mat/ betjening, som er bare pluss, og lokalet/ organiseringen, som i dette tilfellet ga det hele en tydelig minus.

Det var veldig god mat. MEN. Det var kaldt i lokalet. Vi skulle feire 25 års bursdag og hadde først bedt om en stor kake til 14 stk. Dette ble tydeligvis misforstått, så det ble ingen kake. Dette ble avklart før fredagen. Men de hadde da bedt om lys på desserten til personen som hadde fødselsdag. Dette var ikke formidlet til den som var på jobb, så det ble ingen lys! Dette er dårlig. Det var ingen andre kunder i lokalet på en fredag kveld.
